That one dress

That one dress

I went to Savers awhile back with my mom, and found this beautiful Laundry dress by Shelli Segal. At first I thought, what could I wear with this dress that wouldn’t make it too dressy? So I tried a more sleek look, and I went with some nude sandals, nude eye makeup, and a pop of color with the red lips. I added silver jewelry, and I layered the necklaces to create more embellishing across the top part of the dress, but still be subtle with the overall look. There’s always that one dress that you see at yard sales or good will, that you don’t buy because you don’t know what to wear it with. Don’t let that discourage you, cause you can always wear nude colors to enhance your natural features.
What are some ways you know how to dress down a dressy piece? 🙂
