I had imagined this kimono as something I would wear to an art gallery – a fun pattern but paired in a mature, effortless way. This kind of piece looks better with less complicated pairings – so I wore it with a slick bun. I’m also a big fan of gold jewelry or gold accessories but with this kind of look I figured silver would tone down the already vibrant pairing. My final addition was this small clear beaded bag – It added a lighter shade that was a little more unexpected but the shape of the handle really pops out against such a bold pattern kimono.
I went to an amazing estate sale two weekends ago in Hot Springs, Arkansas and found some really unique vintage pieces I can’t wait to share! This purse was one of my finds at the sale and it is a fun addition to my constantly growing closet!
